1. Where to use

It can be used for repairing works of cracks of subway, tunnels, dams, bridges, harbors, sewage terminal treatments, electric power facilities, street improvement, giant concrete facilities, and stopping all kinds of water leakage. And it also can be used for stopping water leakage and repairing works of cracks, mixed with wet and dried surface part of the cracked leakage constructions, all concrete constructions and buildings.

 

2. Specific character

PU-200 is one liquid type radius firing urethane having strong hydrophobic type, Through injecting and putting leakage part of concrete and reacting with water, It is the product forming water firing stage of closed cell structure closing off from Influx water. As free-flux type having no stimulating offensive smell, It is a product having quick response, no shrinking change, and excellent permeable and index.

6. Packing

A liquid 20kg/Plastic can container is packed by 20kg/Pail.

 

7. How to use

Drilling some regular-spaced holes on the cracked part, insert packer and fix it.

Using the grouting injection pump made by this company, put appropriate PU raw material  injection container and do the injection work.

Use the liquid inside the container quickly, if possible. When we use it in the winter season, the viscosity of the medical liquid can rise. In this case, heat the iron can with the hot wind or any other heating gear and descend the viscosity of the medical liquid. Then we can inject easily.
