Description

SKHP-600 is a two-components, hand-applied, self-leveling, elastomeric polyurea membrane.

 

 

Uses

SKHP-600 is used in a variety of concrete waterproofing applications including terraces, podium decks and car park decks. It’s also used in roofing applications where there is no requirement for a fireretardant coating.

Packing & Coverage

Base(Amine) : 7kg/can,   Hard(Iso) : 17.5kg/can Mixing ratio : 1:2.5

Supplied in working packs which are pre-packed in the exact ratio. Before mixing, recondition both the A and B components to a temperature of approximately 15 to 25 Celsius degree.

The consumption depends on the application. For a 1mm thickness film the following quantities are necessary : 1.1kg/m2

 

 

Instruction for Use

Drying Times and Temperatures(25℃)

Gel time / Tack free time : 15min / 2hours

Full-curing : 24hours

Surface preparation

All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from contamination

The substrate must be clean, dry and free of all contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, coatings etc.

 

 

Storage & Precautions

 

SKHP-600 has a shelf life of 10 months if kept in a dry, air-conditioned place between +5°C and +35°C in the original unopened containers. Be noted precautions as follows :

Please don’t mix with other materials

Need to check moisture condition, liquid color before use it

When applying the material, it is recommended to wear gloves and goggles.
