EPOXY PATCH PUTTY GE-580

Epoxy Putty GE-580 is a two-component Epoxy product line specialized for filling and bonding concrete in a near-surface position, which is very commonly used in the construction industry.

1. How to use:

Epoxy Putty GE-580 has a lot of uses:

▪ The product line for the treatment of patching and rebonding concrete at locations near the surface. The finish has almost no elasticity, so it has a great effect on concrete bonding.

▪ Used in combination with Epoxy EGR-135 crack pump to treat concrete cracks and resurface finishing.

▪ Epoxy Putty GE-580 is also used as a specialized glue for gluing tiles, tiles, wood or even metal.

3. Instructions for use:

▪ Surface treatment: The construction surface needs to be cleaned, completely removing dirt, grease and impurities.

▪ If the surface is not dense, it will probably be necessary to remove this layer.

▪ Blending: – It is necessary to use a separate tool to take each part from 2 ingredients (A- Base, B – Curing Agent) according to the ratio of 1:1 by weight.

– Mix each ingredient well for about 1 minute.

– Then put these 2 parts in 1 common mixing tray – Use a separate mixer (flexible and strong plastic wiper). Continue to mix well for about 3-5 minutes when the mixture is flexible and homogeneous.

▪ Construction: With a scraper, knife, small trowel made of iron or plastic.

▪ For air circulation, it is necessary to set  up ventilation devices for the work area and fire protection.

▪ Workers wear protective gear, gloves, shoes and glasses.

▪ If the skin is contaminated by the product, it needs to be cleaned with water and appropriate cleaning solutions.

5. Storage conditions: Best temperature 18-25°C, avoid direct sunlight, ventilate. If stored in higher temperature conditions for too long, direct sunlight may cause a reduction in shelf life.
6. Note:

▪ Avoid applying in wet conditions, direct sunlight and in airtight conditions.

▪ Keep it dry and cool during application.

▪ It is recommended to remove the product from the warehouse in the storage sequence to ensure its shelf life.

▪ Once the bin lid has been opened, it is recommended to use it in its entirety. And the product is recommended to be stored between 18°C -25°C.

7. Shelf life: 12 months at best (From the date of manufacture and the manufacturer’s storage conditions ).
8. Cartoning: Component A (Base): 10 Kg & Component B (Curing Agent): 10 Kg
