SKHP-600 is a two-components, hand-applied, self-leveling, elastomeric polyurea membrane.<\/p>\n

SKHP-600 is used in a variety of concrete waterproofing applications including terraces, podium decks and car park decks. It\u2019s also used in roofing applications where there is no requirement for a fireretardant coating.<\/p>\n

Base(Amine) : 7kg\/can,\u00a0\u00a0 Hard(Iso) : 17.5kg\/can Mixing ratio : 1:2.5<\/p>\n

Supplied in working packs which are pre-packed in the exact ratio. Before mixing, recondition both the A and B components to a temperature of approximately 15 to 25 Celsius degree.<\/p>\n

The consumption depends on the application. For a 1mm thickness film the following quantities are necessary : 1.1kg\/m2<\/p>\n

Drying Times and Temperatures(25\u2103)<\/p>\n

Gel time \/ Tack free time : 15min \/ 2hours<\/p>\n

Full-curing : 24hours<\/p>\n

Surface preparation<\/p>\n

All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from contamination<\/p>\n

The substrate must be clean, dry and free of all contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, coatings etc.<\/p>\n

Storage & Precautions<\/p>\n

SKHP-600<\/strong> has a shelf life of 10 months if kept in a dry, air-conditioned place between +5\u00b0C and +35\u00b0C in the original unopened containers. Be noted precautions as follows :<\/p>\n

Please don\u2019t mix with other materials<\/p>\n

Need to check moisture condition, liquid color before use it<\/p>\n

When applying the material, it is recommended to wear gloves and goggles.<\/p>\n
